Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the construction Project Number 568-00-204, Summer Boiler at the VA Black Hills Health Care System, Hot Springs, SD 57747. Work shall include but not be limited to, alterations, demolition, concrete trench, roof alterations, fire tubed boiler, mechanical and electrical work and necessary removal of existing structures and certain other items as specified in the contract drawings and specifications. Construction range for this solicitation is between $100,000 and $250,000. Solicitation package shall be available approximately August 6, 2001. A refundable $50.00 bid desposit is required for the plans and specifications. Checks or money orders must be made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. Requests for the solicitation package shall be made in writing addressed to the Contracting Officer. Bid opening is schedule for September 6, 2001 at 3:00pm, local time. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered. Applicable NAICS code is 234930. Subject to the availability of funds.
