Description

Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to abate asbestos floor tile, ceiling tile, and acoustic ceiling spray. Construct additions totaling 1,630 square feet to existing headquarters, and do minor remodeling within the building. Construct new pitched roof over existing flat roof and modify existing HVAC , and electrical system to accommodate additional building area. The project is located at the Valley City Wetland Management District, Valley City, North Dakota. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 3, 2001. Performance period is 217 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Work is dependent upon weather and climatic conditions and is included in the performance period. All responsible sources may submit a bid. Acquisition will be open to large and small businesses. Estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. There is no charge for solicitation documents. Plans will be available for inspection without charge at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, 134 Union Blvd. Suite 140, Lakewood Colorado 80228 upon issuance of the invitation for bid.
