Description

Purchase of one Three Deck Horizontal Oval Motion Screen: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation (F26600-01-RA012) is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12 and 13. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns in accordance with FAR Part 19. The Standard Industry Classification (SIC) for this solicitation is 5082 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 42181. Based on Standard Size 500 employees. The item description is as follows: Non-personnel Service to provide the following Three Deck Horizontal Oval Motion Screen. The Three Deck Horizontal Oval Motion Screen shall meet the following minimum requirement. Three Deck Horizontal Oval Motion Screen -- 5?x 16? with 3 shaft eccentric, low overhead screen height for portability, 30 HP Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) electric motor 1200 RPM, 460V, 60 HZ, 3 phase, 326T frame. Single Axle carrier with blocking supports, access ladder ? per OSHA-MSHA standards, catwalks -- 30? width with diamond steel plate and 4? toe kick per OSHA-MSHA standards, removable handrails with set screw locking ? 42? height, airbrakes, lights, mudflaps, 11.00 ? 22.5 tires. 48? x 20? rear fines discharge conveyor with lagged head pulley, wing tail pulley, Dodge TXT4 gearbox, 10 HP Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) electric motor, Conveyor Equipment manufacture Association ? Heavy Duty Rating (CEMAS) troughing linings, 2 ply belting. Each of the top two decks will have four adjustable blending gates with individual handles and adjustable controls on each of the gates. Electrical switchgear included. Bid items are as follows; Clin 0001 Three Deck Horizontal Oval Motion Screen, Quantity 1 EA, FOB: 820th Red Horse Squadron, Bldg 10563 Area II, Nellis AFB, NV 89191, Delivery Date: 1 Aug 01.
