Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F45603-01-T-0022 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. CLIN 0001 ? Furnish and install overhead crane in accordance the specifications and informational drawing. Those interested may obtain a copy of the specifications and drawing by contacting the Government POC below. The documents can be furnished electronically (fax or e-mail). Desired completion date is 90 days ARO. Contractor will be responsible for providing and installing all equipment and sundry items necessary to make the system operate appropriately. Contractor is to provide a standard commercial warranty to begin after acceptance of the work. System will be installed in Bldg. 1176, McChord AFB, WA 98438; FOB: destination. Proposal is to be submitted with a detailed list of equipment and installation costs. Award will be made Lump Sum for the entire project.
