The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: AutoPatch 32x32 RGB high bandwidth video matrix switcher (64x expandable and expandable to 64x64) 8Y-XL system, that consists of the following parts: Part Number 1241304, 8Y-XL 6ru Enclosure, WB/UWB, X/Y Control Panel, Power Supply (Quantity -- 1); Part Number 1241289, 8Y-XL Ultra-Wideband Video Input Board (Quantity -- 12 each); Part 1241291, 8Y-XL Ultra-Wideband Video Output Board (Quantity -- 12 each); Part Number 1241316, 8Y-XL 6ru Enclosure, WB/UWB, Blank Panel, Power Supply (Quantity -- 1); and one AutoPatch 32x32 audio/video matrix switcher 4Y-DM system, that consists of the following parts: Part Number 1201398, 4YDM 3ru Enclosure, X/Y Control Panel (Quantity -- 1); Part Number 1202124, 4YDM Standard Video Input Board (Quantity -- 8 each); Part Number 1209611, 4YDM Standard Video Output Board, 32 (Quantity -- 8 each); Part Number 1201956, 4YDM 3ru Enclosure, Blank Front Panel, Standard Power Supply (Quantity -- 2 each); Part Number 1200675, 4YDM Audio Input Board (Quantity -- 16 each); and Part Number 1200699, 4YDM Audio Output Board, 32 (Quantity -- 16 each). This requirement is sole sourced to AutoPatch; 2535 W. 237th Street, Suite 108, Torrance, CA 90505-5246 as the only vendor able to provide this material due to compatibility with existing control software and equipment. Any firms believing that they can provide this material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
