Description

1. This is a notice to enter into a non-competitive purchase order with RECORDED PUBLICATIONS LAB, INC., 1100 State Street, Camden, New Jersey 08105 to provide Audio Duplication of 9 different titles in various quantities and cannot be acquired elsewhere. 2. This acquisition is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures and is exempt from the requirements of FAR PART 6. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 512199. This notice of intent to award a purchase order to RECORDED PUBLICATIONS LAB, INC., is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. A request for Quotation (RFP) package is not available.
