Description

The Fort Polk Directorate of Contracting will solicit and negotiate for the housing of military prisoners from Fort Polk, LA 71459. A requirements contract will be established for the period 1 OCT 01 -- 30 SEP 02 with two (2) option periods. The annual estimated quantity of prisoner days is 600. Sources Sought are federally approved detention facilities within a 25 mile radius of Fort Polk. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561210. The SBA Size Standard is $5.0 million dollars. All requests for the RFP package must be in writing and telephone requests will not be honored. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered. The solicitation issue date is on/about 13 AUG 2001.
