Description

IFB FACILITIES SUPPORT CONTRACT FOR GREASE INTERCEPTOR PUMPING SERVICES in support of Solicitation N68711-01-B-0185 for Naval Base Ventura County (Naval Construction Battalion Center, Port Hueneme and Naval Air Station, Pt. Mugu). This is a combination Firm Fixed Price/Indefinite Quantity performance based contract. The work includes the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, transportation, management, supervision, technical expertise, and quality control as required to pump and clean grease interceptor holding tanks and dispose of the product of the pumping off Government property at a disposal site suitable for the type of product being pumped. THIS SOLICITATION IS UNRESTRICTED. Specifications will be available on the Internet site on or about August 8, 2001. The website address for downloading the Solicitation is (http://esol.navfac.navy.mil). Total duration of the contract is 365 days however; four (4) one-year options may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 4952, with a size standard of $5.0M. The North American Industry Classification code is 562211 with a size standard of $10.0M. The estimated cost is $100,000.00 to $200,000.00. All prospective bidders and plan rooms must register as planholders on the website in order to receive a copy of the statement of work. The official plan holder's list will be maintained on and can be printed from the website. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7) availability of the solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium; solicitation will be available for download free of charge via this website.
