Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; pr oposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equi pment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform floor restoration services at the Pla za Arcade on Andersen AFB, Guam. The Purchase Order will be firm fixed price set-aside 100% for small businesses. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 23552 with a size standard of $7,000,000. All offerors require small business certification a nd verification. Telephone request for this combined synopsis/solicitation will not be accepted.
