Description

Project Title: Pine Flat Lake Recreation Janitorial Services, Madera County, California. For the period of 01 Oct. 2001 to 30 September 2002 with two one year options. JOB DESCRIPTION: Rest Room Service, clean building interiors. Portable Chemical Toilets Physically check and clean all units by washing the seats, walls, floors and inside of doors with a cleaner disinfectant. Campsite Cleanup all tables, including seats, shall be cleaned by using mild detergent. Floating Restroom Service Cleanup: Clean building interior including walls, ceiling and service room. NAICS Code: This procurement will be conducted under NAICS Code: 561720. The size standard for this code is $12,000,000.00. This procurement is set aside for Small Business concerns. Invitation for Bid (IFB): the acquisition method is Invitation for Bid. The contract specialist for this solicitation is Peggy Heffner at 916-557-5193. The project manager is Frank Fonseca, 559-787-2589. The solicitation for this project must be ordered by the CUT OFF DATE of 08/13/01 to ensure receipt of the solicitation package. Orders received beyond this date will not be considered. The solicitation will be mailed out on or about 08/14/01. Because a limited number of solicitations will be reproduced, copies are limited to one set per firm.
