Description

HQ, OSC intends issue a Request for Quote, DAAA09-01-Q-3030, for instructor services to conduct training in the Applied Manufacturing Education Series courseware AMES for approximately 20 students on site at Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. Course materials to be provided by the Government.. Courses covered are the AMES Series, includes the following courses: Ames Master Planning (MP) Ames Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Ames Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP ), Ames Inventory Management (IM), Ames Production Activity Control (PAC), and Ames Just-In-Time (JIT). Training will be approximately 10 working days, with 2 additional days required to customize materials with Rock Island Arsenal Examples, exercises, and unique considerations such as re-manufacturing peculiarities. Instructor Qualifications: Successfully taught APIC AMES courseware, including teaching organizations with remanufacturing requirements; Be APICS certified: CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) or CPFIM (Certified at the Fellow Level in Production and Inventory Management); and Have experience as a practitioner in manufacturing, distribution, inventory management or information systems servicing such organizations. This is a small business set aside.
