Description

The synopsis for The American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, Inc. is being modified to obtain include to following information: The American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, Inc. will provide expanded access for commercially available MedTeach Consumer Drug Information Database in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The synopsis number for this Request for Quotation is 01-177/KDR. This synopsis will incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-24. The American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, Inc. is the only known proprietary source capable of providing the MedTeach Database. This Database provides an easy-to-understand, patient friendly approach to medical information. Offerors are required to complete and include a copy of the following provisions with their proposals: FAR 52.212-3,Offeror Representation and certifications Commercial Items. Clause FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies as well as the following addendum clauses; FAR 52.211-5,Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statues or Executive Orders Commercial Item applies.
