Description

The work to be done consist of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work in strict accordance with these specifications, schedules, and drawings forming parts thereof, for replacement of roll-up doors and personnel doors in Building 362. 1.1 Project Description: In general, the work to be performed consists of but not limited to the following: a. Remove existing and install new (5 EA) metal doors. b. Remove existing and install new (18 EA) rolling service doors. c. Paint new doors and frames. d. Paint new rolling service doors. e. Remove all existing conduit with wire, safety switches, boxes, motor starters, motor operators with controls for existing rolling service doors. All work shall be done, complete, in strict accordance with these specifications and the applicable drawings consisting of Plan No. IE-246-01, 3 sheets subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. This procurement is unrestricted. Performance period is for 130 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is unrestricted. North Americian Industry Classification System Code is 233310. Size standard is $27.5 Million. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c), therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Estimated issued date is 7 Aug 2001. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto.
