Description

Provide all necessary labor, supervision, materials and equipment for the EIFS restoration, Buildings C-1, C-2, C-3 an d C-4 at USCG Loran Support Unit, 12001 Pacific Avenue, Wildwood, NJ. In general the work includes but is not limited to th e following: 1.1 EFIS repair and crack patching (5% of building surface area); 1.2 Window, door, expansion joint and gutter sealant; 1.3 Field adhesion tests as required for sealant manufacturer's warr anty; 1.4 Silicone elastomeric coating, two (2) coats. The following Unit Work items may be required: 1.5 Linear crack repair ( LF); 1.6 Hole repair (SF);1.7 Primer for elastomeric coating (SF); 1.8 Primer for sealants (LF);1.9 Primer for paint (SF). The period of performance is 90 days after Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated between $100,000.00 and $250,00 0.00 and is open to both small and large businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Prog ram.
