Description

Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment for Requirements-Type Contract to make miscellaneous repairs to Building 2010, (Boudinot Hall), Fort Knox, Kentucky. Work includes, but is not limited to, repair/replace interior walls, installation of carpet, replacing interior/exterior doors, frames, hardware, replacing windows, upgrading electrical system, replacing HVAC system, new suspended ceiling and light fixtures, repair of restrooms, and installation of phone lines and computer lines. This project is SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABLE OF FUNDS (SAF). The estimated amount of this requirement is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a bid. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 10 August 2001. The date for receipt of bids will be specified in the solicitation. A limited number of bid packages will be available and issued on a first-come, first-serve basis. Contractors will be limited to one copy of the bid package. Requests for bid packages must be submitted in writing and may be faxed to 502-624-7165 or 502-624-5869. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Bid packages will not be faxed; faxed bids will not be accepted.
