Description

B-U. S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Oceanic & Atmospheric Research (OAR), Arctic Research Office intends to negotiate on a sole source requirement with Thomas E. Murray, Potomac MD. To provide support for the Arctic Climate Impact Assessment, the development of research cooperation with scientists and institutions in the Russian Federation, and the Interagency Arctic Research Policy Committee(IARPC). This is a notice of intent, and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. Reference 10059
