Description

This is a synopsis for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the synopsis only. A written solicitation will be available on 26 Jul 01 for issuance by request. This procurement is restricted to 100% small business. The solicitation document will be available on the following website: www.eps.gov). The requested solicitation document, will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-10. NAICS 62419. Non Personal Services to provide the following: Contractor to give employees initial training and orientation of the Employee Assistance Program to include addressing problems such as drug abuse, work and family pressures, job stress, personnel health at 37 MSS at Lackland AFB, TX, in accordance with the Statement of Work. The complete Statement of Work and list of provisions and clauses can be obtained on the following website: www.eps.gov). Contractor must quote on all items listed. FOB: Destination for delivery is Lackland AFB, TX. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 & 252.232-7009. CCR can be obtained by accessing the Internet or by calling 1-888-227-2423. The CCR number must be obtained before award can be made. Once contractors have received full solicitation package, submit written offers via fax or e-mail (oral offers will not be considered), A1C Marsha L. Hosein. The due date for all quotes will be 02 Aug 01 by 4:00pm. Awards will be based on lowest price.
