Description

The Army requires a contract for Renovations to Building 621, Fort Stewart, GA. Work includes but is not limited to the following: Demolish the existing interior non-load-bearing masonry walls, remove all interior finishes, mechanical plumbing, electrical, and communications systems and replace with new. Site work shall include relocation of some utility lines to provide new upgraded electrical and mechanical service to the building.. The NAICS code for this project is 233320 and the size standard is $27.5M. Performance time is 360 days. Magnitude of the project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis and subject to the availability of funds. Once issued the solicitation may be downloaded from the website listed below.
