Description

Refer to notes: 12 and 26. 3040-01-128-9250: est. annual demand quantity -- 584 each, gearshaft, spur; 3040-01-357-1227: est. annual demand quantity -- 684 each, cam, control; This proposed procurement will be for a written indefinite quantity contract (IQC) and will contain an option clause to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total contract period shall not exceed three years (base year plus two one year option periods.) The pr number is IQC01159000004 and the solicitation number is SP0740-01-R-5263. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1). Approved source is Frisby Aerospace, cage code (1SR57). Approved part number are as follows: 3040-01-128-9250, p/n: 4100205-2, (1SR57); 3040-01-357-1227, p/n: 4100206-3, (1SR57); The solicitation will be FOB origin and indefinite quantities will be delivered to various locations with an estimated delivery time of 180 days; data is not available; The issue date of the solicitation will be 20 Aug 01 and the closing date will be 20 Sep 01. Copies of the solicitation are posted to the following website on the issue date of the solicitation: http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. SQAP01-357-1227 applies to nsn 3040-01-128-9250 and SQAP01-357-1227 applies to nsn 3040-01-357-1227. The SQAPs will be attached to the solicitation and SQAP aperture cards are available by submitting a request to: DSCC Operations Support Group, Engineering Drawing, DSCC-VTCD, P.O. BOX 3990, COLUMBUS, OH 43216-5000 OR BY telephone request Monday through Friday between 7AM and 9PM EST. at (614) 692-2344 or by 24 hr. fax request by using (614) 692-2998 7 days a week. Requests need to contain solicitation number, opening and closing dates, nsn, ypc number, buyers name, and the contractor's complete name and address. Call problem line at (614) 692-2639 if the SQAP aperture cards are not received within 7 days of initial telephone request or faxed request or 10 calendar work days from a mailed request. This acquistion will be an unrestricted solicitation IAW DD 1423s attached to the solicitation.
