Description

The United States Environmental Protection Agency intends to award a sole source fixed price purchase order to T. L. Montgomery of Destin, FL for analysis of electricity generation emissions. This is a continuation of work that T. L. Montgomery has provided to the CAMD under previous EPA purchase orders. Therefore, T. L. Montgomery will provide the most timely, cost-effective means of completing this project. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note 22.
