All prior announcements are modified to include the following: "Large Business Firms are required to submit a subcontracting plan with their proposals. The subcontracting goals for this procurement are 65% of contract value for Small Businesses. Of that 65%, 15% should be placed with Small Disadvantaged Businesses, 8% with Women Owned Small Businesses, 2.5% with HUB Zone Businesses, and 3% with Veteran Owned Small Businesses."
