Description

VA Medical Center, Augusta, Georgia, contemplates negotiation of a sole source procurement with Syncor International Corporation, 6464 Canoga Avenue, Woodland Hills, CA 91367, for nuclear medicine premixed radioisotopes on a Brand name or Equal basis, for the period October 1, 2001 through September 31, 2002. Negotiations to begin on or about August 17, 2001. Applicable NAICS code is 422210. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 15 days after publication of this synopsis. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting literature, detailing how their products meet VA requirements, to the Contracting Officer or by fax to 706-731-7172. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
