- Solicitation is an Invitation for Bids to provide water supply services on the Department of Energy's Savannah River Site (SRS) near Aiken, SC for the USDA Forest Service. Solicitation is for one base year and two option years. SRS is a restricted access Government facility and non-U.S. citizens will require prior approval before entering the Site which could require 30 days.
