Description

SYNOPSIS NO. SP4400-01-R-0023, Service periods for indefinite quantity contract for the final treatment/disposal of hazardous property, labor personnel, packaging, equipment and documentation of oil/water separators scheduled for CLIN 6502FB at DRMO Bliss. The contract will start on or about 08/17/01. This solicitation will only be issued on the World Wide Web (WWW). The web site address is HTTP://WWW.DRMS.DLA.MIL. The approximate closing date is 09/17/01. This contract will result in an Indefinite Delivery Order Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)type of contract to one contractor for an eighteen (18) month base period with two eighteen (18) month option periods. Performance will be requested on written delivery orders issued against the basic contract. Special requirements: Prospective contractors or subcontractors must be able to meet all Federal State and Local Laws, ordinances and regulations governing disposal of hazardous waste and environmental materials. The final contract award would be based on the combination of price and other factors described in the solicitation. This award will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
