Description

The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials and perform all work required for providing vault latrines at various training ranges. The project includes, but is not limited to, demolishing existing wood frame latrine buildings and concrete vaults, preparing holes for new latrine vaults, providing new latrine buildings and vaults, and providing exterior electric service to the new latrines. Project includes a Basic Bid of 21 items with a 207 calendar day performance period and 5 option bids with a performance period of 7 calendar days per option. Project range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. NAICS code is 235950 with a size standard of $11,000,000.
