Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is requesting quotations from vendors for Model 004-1100 8 el filter body/r3000-15b (4 filter stems, modular design 1 ?? NPTF inlet & outlet with integral mounting for model R3000 ink meter, bleed valve not required quantity: 14 ea) model 004-0001 o-ring kit (for stem block) quantity 10 ea) Model 007-1344 stem assembly quantity 40 ea) Model 004-9992 o-ring kit (for 007-1344 stem) quantity 80 ea) Model 007-1202 manifold installation tool (for 004-1100 quantity 14 ea) Model 001-1007 screen 142 MCELQT46979 quantity 600 ea) Model R-300015B ranger ink meter (advanced design) quantity 2 ea. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small businesses (see numbered Note 1). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 333999 and the associated small business size standard is 500 employees. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ-19-102. Delivery shall be made within 6 to 8 weeks after receipt of purchase order. Delivery terms are F.O.B Destination to the BEP Loading Dock at ?D? Street, Between 13th and 14th Sts., S.W. Washington, D.C. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall be price alone. All interested small businesses are requested to submit a written quotation, which will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be made on a SF 1449 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNS number, and size status (i.e., small business, disadvantaged business or woman owned business). If this item is available under GSA Schedule please provide the schedule number. Quotations are due by 2 p.m. on August 10, 2001.
