Note 22 applies. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Proposal number for this acquisition is for MDA113-01-T-0022. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27 (Initial Effective 25 JUN 01). The NAICS Code is 3343220. This is a brand name requirement for Image Video Under Monitor Displays and Talley Controllers with no substitutions in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. These items are being purchased for the American Forces Radio and Television Service Broadcast Center (AFRTS-BC.) There are four (4) contract line items, described as follows: CLIN 0001 Tri-Color Under Monitor Dual Display Units, 16 Proportionally Spaced/ 13 Fixed Space Characters per side, Model RDU-1513, P/N 134-0153-13, 24 ea; CLIN 0002 Multi RDU Power Supply with Fuse and LED Indicators on Front Panel, 120V/60Hz, P/N 132-0189-00, 3 ea; CLIN 0003 4211 Interface Unit with 40 Contact Closure Outputs No current limit, P/N 134-0046-13, 2 ea; CLIN 0004 Wall Mount Power Pack, P/N 114-0242-00, 3 ea. Responses to this notice shall be in writing and make reference to this RFP.
