Description

The Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP), Office of Medical and Clinical Affairs (OMCA), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration (SAMHSA) through the Program Support Center (PSC), Division of Acquisition Management (DAM), intends to award an acquisition entitled, "Program Coordination and Evaluation Development for Technical Assistance and Capacity Building Services to Substance Abuse Prevention and HIV Disease Prevention Programs ." The objective of this project is to provide oversight coordination as well as cross site evaluation of the efficacy of technical assistance and capacity building to CSAP's Substance Abuse Prevention and HIV Prevention (SAP & HIVP) Planning Grantees in the following areas: 1) evaluation development; 2) faith-based approaches; 3) revenue generating strategies; and 4) program development and infrastructure development. This project is anticipated to be one year in duration. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be available approximately ten (10) days after publication of this notice.
