Description

This project is a Request for Proposals for appraisal services for the USDA Forest Service, Region 2, Rocky Mountain Region, covering Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota and Wyoming. The intent of the proposed project is for appraisal services for the appraisal of lands, improvements, partial interests, and other real estate valuation needs within the Region. The appraisal services will range from complete, self-contained appraisal reports to small market research projects. The proposed project is located throughout the states of Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota and Wyoming. The proposed contract will be a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Requirements contract for a 5-year period (a base year with four one-year options). The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small businesses. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
