Contractor shall provide all labor materials and supplies necessary to complete McGregor Pipelines, including installing roadway corssings, and water lines with contractor furnished materials, valves, protective boxes and other appurtenances to complete water livestock system. Work is to be performed in Otero County, NM. Estimated price range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
