- SEE NOTE NO. 1 This project includes the construction of two trail bridges on the Cowpasture Trail in Pocahontas County West Virginia. Work includes clearing, grubbing, excavation, backfill, removal of structures and obstructions, installing substructures and two prefabricated timber bridges. This procurement is being accomplished under Commercial Item -- Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Estimated range is $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation documents will be available approx. 7/31/01.
