Description

Furnish labor, equipment, supplies and materials except for specified Government furnished equipment, to drill, case, and equip a water well. This work shall consist of drilling a well hole (of sufficient diameter to accomodate the specified casing) approximately 550 feet deep, installing approximately 550 feet of 8 inch steel casing, furnishing and installing 8 inch well screen, constructing an 8 ft. X 8 ft, X 6 in. concrete well platform, developing and pump testing the well, installing a submersible pump, pressure tanks, control panel and pump controls. Minimum yield desired is 15 gallons per minute. Site is in Northern Arizona, west of the Vermillion Cliffs National Monument, see Note(s) 22 and 23.
