Description

This requirement is being procured in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The National Park Service intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for furnish of design and construction of a free-standing wood deck with wood railing and stairs, at park residences located at Lind Point -- Virgin Islands National Park, St. John, Virgin Island. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 23499. The size standard is $27.5 million. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. There will be an on-site meeting for this project at the Virgin Islands National Park (Maintenance Division) on August 16, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. For directions to the park please contact Bridgett Wanderer at (340) 693-8989, ext. 24.
