Description

17. Construct an Administrative Office in Building 6512. Construct administrative, training ad storage areas within the CMV Vehicle Maintenance Building and upgrade building electrical for support and complete installation of all necessary lighting, wiring, outlets, two (2) completely operational split heating and air conditioning systems. Work includes construct two-story wooden administrative structure, wooden staircase, handrails, install lights, electrical, heat pumps, circuits, panelboard, duct work, concrete pads, doors, counter tops, vinyl tile etc. The period of performance is 60 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, NAICS 233320, for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $11.5 million.
