Description

In accordance with Sealed Bidding Procedures, the National Park Service intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for furnish and installation of new Natural Gas Heating in the farm manager's house, the tenant house, and the main house of the Carl Sandburg Home National Historic Site, Henderson County, Flat Rock, North Carolina. There will be a pre-bid meeting at the Carl Sandburg Home National Historic Site on September 5, 2001 at 11:00 p.m. For directions to the park please call Johnnie Wright at (828) 693-4178. This is not a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 23511. Size Standard: $11.5 million. Estimated Price Range: between $100,000 -- $250,000. A firm fixed price contract will be issued, with a performance period of 45 calendar days from the date of the Notice To Proceed. Anticipated award date is September 21, 2001.
