Note 22 applies, sole source. This is for other than full and open competition (FAR 6.302-1). Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the government. Ship to address: PRLI 0001, QTY 12 EA, New Cumberland, PA; PRLI 0002, QTY 11 EA, Stockton, CA. FOB Destination, Inspection / Acceptance Destination in accordance with QAP 001. Delivery 150 DARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
