Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a sole source contract to Red River Computer Company, 85 Mechanic Street, Lebanon, NH, 03766. DISA has as a requirement to establish a Real Time Laboratory for the Center of Integration. The scope of this effort includes a specific suite of components designed to permit Real Time processing to test and perform certifications against multitasking, embedded, and graphical user interface systems. Details of the specification will be faxed upon request. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue an award under other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2302 (c) (1) and is solely at the discretion of the Government.
