- Description
- The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has a requirement to obtain data regarding the incidence and variety of consumer fraud in the United States through a telephone survey of random sample of consumers. The FTC anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract for the design of a survey instrument, conduct of telephone interviews, and preparation of tabulations, cross-tabulations, and appropriate analysis of the survey results.
