8030-00-116-9255 UI: CN water repellent compound: DESCRIPTION A waterborne, fluorinated resin in aerosol form for use on clothing and fabric materials to protect from stains and moisture. Size: The product shall be furnished as a 10 oz (net wt.) aerosol can with a removable/replaceable metal or full-sized, double shell, plastic cap adequate to protect the dispenser in the manufacturer's original cans and in accordance with normal commercial practice. There shall be no interaction chemically or physically with the contents so as to damage the cans or alter the strength, quality, or purityh of the contents. The filled cans shall be closed in a manner that will insure that the contents will not spill or leak from the cans during shipment, handling, storage, and redistribution.
