See solicitation for additional information. FOB: Destination. Delivery: 180 Days. Items will be shipped to various zones within CONUS. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. See Note(s): one (1), nine (9) and twenty-six (26). This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs/dscccols.com/rfp on its issue date of 24 August 2001. Hard copies of this solicitation will not be available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
