- Request for Information (RFI): The Bureau of Reclamation is interested in receiving information relating to the site completion at the Fir Street Complex of the Lower Colorado Regional Office in Boulder City, Nevada. This RFI is issued to request input from firms pertaining to the requirements in the Statement of Work (SOW) for the performance of the work and the total price to perform the work identified in the SOW. Comments and suggested revisions to the SOW will be accepted. Information received through this RFI may be utilized by the Government and does not constitute an RFP, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. No claim to the Government will be considered for the use of any information you submit as a result of this RFI. Principal features of the work include the following: 1) Final excavation, compacted embankment, compacted backfill, and sand backfill at the site. 2) Furnishing and installing rock slope protection. 3) Furnishing and installing Polyethylene pipe culverts. 4) Furnishing and installing aggregate base course. 5) Furnishing and installing plant mix bituminous pavement. 6) Furnishing and installing painted traffic lines and markings, parking bumpers, and parking signs. 7) Furnishing and installing concrete curbs, walks, plaza, gutters, and loading dock. 8) Furnishing and installing pipe sleeves for irrigation system. 9) Furnishing and installing segmental retaining walls. 10) Furnishing and installing guardrails and bollards. 11) Furnishing and installing steel stairs. 12) Furnishing and installing ground set flagpole. 13) Furnishing and installing electrical conduit, cable, grounding and bonding, exterior luminaires, and lighting control panel.
