Description

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be issuing a written solicitation in approximately two weeks for office space alterations/renovations at the CFTC headquarters located in Washington, DC. The project will include approximately three interior offices that are in need of modification. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment and materials for performing operations in connection with the alterations/renovations. The project will include, but is not limited to, the following elements: demolition and removal of existing walls and doors, construction of walls, installation of doors and hardware, painting, relocating lighting fixtures, sprinklers and HVAC vents, relocating and adding electrical outlets, carpet removal and tile work.
