Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Bureau of Reclamation, Snake River Area Office -- East, Minidoka Field Station has a requirement for access control/intrusion system and a closed circuit tv at the powerplants and administrative building. We are looking for software/hardware equal to the ILCO Millenium and VICON Kollector Master Review Station software and hardware available from The Security Group, 357 East Watertower Lane, Suite H, Meridian, Idaho 83642. CLIN 001: Software, Hardware and Misc. Materials and Supplies -- Access Control/Intrusion System, 1 lot size; CLIN 002: Software, Hardware and Misc. Materials and Supplies -- Closed Circuit Television System, 1 lot size. This solicitation document (01SQ140520) incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-25. The NAICS is 56162, the size standard is $9 million. Place of delivery will be Minidoka Field Station, 951 East Minidoka Dam, Rupert, Idaho 83350. Required delivery date will be 30 days after award. The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (Oct 2000); 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items (Jan 1999); 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (Oct 2000); 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (May 1999); 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Aug 2000). Clause 52.215-5, paragraph (b) is tailored to incorporate the following clauses by reference: 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35,52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-3, and 52-232-34. In accordance with FAR Part 13, the Government intends to make a best value buy to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government. Evaluation will include verification that the offer meets specified requirement, price, delivery date. Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (Oct 2000) with the request for quotes (RFQ).
