Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) DOORS Concurrent license for PC, single site, Qty 3 2) DOORS Annual maintenance for PC, Qty 3 3) DOORSnet Edit Server ( up to 5 clients) Qty 1 4) DOORSnet Edit Server annual maintenance, Qty 1 and 5) Training class Using DOORS for requirements management 5 10 students, 2 days, on site, Qty 1. This requirement is sole sourced to Telelogic, North America, Inc. 21 South California St, Suite 306, Ventura, CA 93001 for compatibility with existing software. Any firms believing that they can provide the required Doors Concurrent license for PC may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
