Description

The Sierra Pacific Network Consolidated Contracting Activity (CCA) is issuing a Commercial Item Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR 12.203 for bread and bakery products for the following Department of Veterans Affairs facilities within Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 21): VA Medical Center, San Francisco CA and VA Palo Alto Health Care System, with divisions at Menlo Park and Livermore. Contract period is October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002. Contract award is subject to availability of funds. The following provisions and clauses apply plus any addenda: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items; and 52.212-5 Contract terms and Conditions to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items.
