Description

Program C563-S, Single award term contract for the period of 1/1/02 to 12/31/02. The Interstate Milk Shippers List (self-covered, side-stitched publication) 8-1/2 x 11". Quarterly (four orders per year). Approximately 4,000 to 5,000 copies per order. Approximately 200 to 350 pages per order. Operations includes film making, electronic prepress, printing, binding, packing, and distribution. Contractor required to produce/create labels from the disk. Furnished material to be picked up in Washington, DC. F.o.b. contractor's city for all mailed shipments and f.o.b. destination for all other shipments. Quality level IV.
