Description

GSA/FTS, Region 5 is announcing its intent to issue a procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for a sole source acquisition to COGNOS Corporation, 1595 Spring Hill Road, Suite 110, Vienna, VA 22182. Software upgrade includes the following items: KPI Business Pack Server; KPI Business Pack Server (Dev or test); Decision Stream (3-4 CPUs); KPI Business Pack 100 User. All items will require standard support which includes maintenace releases, new releases and documentation, and telephone support. This requirement is identified by reference Number T0501BQ0009. NAICS Code 511210 applies. Size standard is $18.0 Million. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals by the designated response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
