Description

The VA Medical Center, Salem, Virginia, shall issue Solicitation No. RFP 658-03-02, Radiation Therapy Services o/a August 17, 2001. Contractor shall provide a full range of radiation therapy services including medical evaluation, treatment plan, the series of radiation treatment indicated by the plan, follow up evaluation, and other examinations, evaluations and procedures which are necessary to accomlish the course of radiation therapy treatment. Contractor's facility must be located within a 50-mile radius of the VAMC, Salem, Virginia. Contractor's facility must meet all state and federal standards, have a current license to perform radiation therapy services and have current accreditation from the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Hospitals and/or the American College of Radiology. The NAICS code for this procurement is 622110 with a size standard of $25M in gross annual receipts. This procurement is unrestricted.
