Description

VA Medical Center, 800 Zorn Avenue, Louisville, Kentucky seeks to establish a firm-fixed price contract for OPEN SIDED MRI exams. Contract Period shall be for a period of one year, October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 with two (2) one year options to renew. NAICS Code 621512 applies with the small business threshold at $5 MIL. All requests for the solicitation package must be in writing and may be faxed the the number listed above. Telephone requests will NOT be accepted. Solicitation package will issue on/about August 16, 2001. Contract award is subject to availability of fiscal year funding.
