Description

The National Business Center has a requirement for data collection services to collect housing rental data, housing utility rates and the corresponding county assessor's records (optional) in the Caribbean, Mid-South, New Mexico and Southeast survey regions. These surveys require rental and utility data to be collected from landlords, realtors and tenants on a voluntary basis through interviews and personal inspection of each property. This contract will not require a real estate appraisal of the properties. The estimated release date for the solicitation will be on or about August 30, 2001. Proposals will be due on September 14, 2001. Performance period to begin October 2001, contract term shall be a base with two (2) one (1) year Option periods. Award will be made on an all or none basis. This is a 100% small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the Government. The small business size standard for this procurement is $1.5 million. The SIC is 6531.
